NTEX has built an excellent reputation for its efficiency, timeliness and quality work that has led to many repeat tender and project opportunities with existing clients.
Established in 2010, NTEX is a leading player in the delivery of civil construction projects, demolition services and the recycling of construction and demolition waste in the Northern Territory.
We’re driven by our desire to stand out; to do things in new ways that throw the industry on its head all while putting our client’s needs first. NTEX have a reputation for never shying away from a challenge.
We’re collaborators at heart, sharing our knowledge, skills and projects with some of the Territory’s and Australia’s most trusted names, delivering projects for clients in local, state & federal government, Defence, and private industry including John Stoke Square and Richardson Park demolition, design & construct Jabiru wastewater treatment plant and RAAF Base Tindal civil infrastructure works to name a few.
In recent years, we’ve taken unique and innovative approaches to delivering high-quality projects and are now regarded as a key influencer on demolition methodology, informing industry policy and standards. Bringing innovation to our industry can be a tough sell – so we just quietly go about our business and let our work and our methods speak for themselves.
NTEX Code Red is all about resource recovery. We have been working to provide innovative methods for resource recovery of demolition waste materials and the creation of a circular economy for the industry, primarily through the remanufacture of concrete and asphalt waste into aggregate products that have been incorporated back into residential, civil and infrastructure projects across the NT.
Since July 2020 we have recovered over 50,000 tonnes of concrete and asphalt waste material which we have recycled and processed into aggregate products for use back in the construction industry.
We have also achieved a 93% overall waste resource recovery rate on all our demolition projects for NT and federal governments, Defence and private industry.
